Yes. LessLater has no subscriptions, in-app purchases or advertising. It is currently in early testing, ahead of its App Store release.
Does it actually block me from shopping?
No. LessLater creates a pause, not a restriction. You decide whether to skip or buy each purchase, and you can decide before the timer ends.
What does “avoided spending” mean?
It is the total price of items you mark as skipped, based on amounts you enter. It is not verified savings or a bank balance. Bought and waiting items are excluded.
What if I change my mind?
Open the purchase to edit, delete or reopen it. Moving an item back to waiting updates your receipt and totals. Your wishlist should work for you.
Can I move my data to a new iPhone?
Yes. In Settings, choose Export backup. On your other device, use Restore backup and select the JSON file. Restoring replaces existing app data and clears reminders. Keep your backups somewhere you trust.
Which currencies and devices are supported?
LessLater is made for iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Choose EUR, USD, GBP, CAD or AUD. Your wishlist uses one currency; it does not convert prices or connect to a bank account.
How do reminders work?
Turn on an optional reminder when adding or editing a purchase, and allow notifications when iOS asks. Reminders are local. Delivery depends on your iPhone notification and Focus settings.

App data
LessLater stores purchases, prices, notes, goals and challenge check-ins locally on your device. We do not operate an app-data server or collect app analytics, advertising identifiers or tracking data. No account is required.
Permissions and sharing
Notifications are scheduled locally with your permission. Clipboard content is read only when you use the Paste button. The app does not access your bank account, contacts, location or photo library. Receipts and backups are sent only to the destinations you select using the iOS share sheet. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Backups and deletion
Your Apple device or iCloud backup settings may include app data. LessLater does not separately sync it. Delete purchases within the app or remove the app to delete its local data. Manage exported files and existing device backups separately in their storage settings.
Links, website and support
Product and support links open in your browser. Their websites may process standard connection information, such as your IP address. This website uses no cookies, advertising or analytics. Hosting infrastructure processes connection data to serve and secure the site. The contact form collects your email address, selected topic and message to handle your request, including an early-access invitation if you request one. Messages are stored privately on our server for up to 90 days and may be forwarded to our support mailbox. Email correspondence is retained only as needed to handle your request or meet applicable obligations. Email providers process correspondence under their own policies. A keyed, hashed network address is used temporarily to limit spam and removed after one hour. We do not add you to a marketing list. Use the contact form to request access to or deletion of your correspondence.
